Tasting from 02.12.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant, rich ruby with a slight garnet hue on the rim. A bit overcast on the nose, with notes of lily flowers and red beet. The palate has a lot of rough and drying tannins, seems quite rustic.
