Tasting from 05.05.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Exuberant aroma of crème de cassis, mint and Thai basil. Enormously intense, yet beautifully clear and flawless. Sweet spices and ethereal notes provide variety. Palate-filling drink with super-juicy fruit and supple tannins. Outstanding length.

Complex bouquet of blackberries, cassis, pine spice and stewed plums. Noble toast spice with fine ethereal notes. Some bitter chocolate. Rich fruit on the palate with sweet, ripe tannins and generous length. Powerful and long-lasting. Demanding tannins push and lend power.
