The sparkling wine Ri Bu La Ribolla Gialla Vino Spumante Brut from the winery Conte D'Attimis Maniago has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points.
Brilliant, bright green-yellow with persistent, fine mousse. Fragrant, quince and fresh, crisp green pear, slightly iodine-salty, a touch of meadow herbs towards the end. Fine pearls of mousse on the palate and juicy body, crisp fruit, medium-weight, not complex, but also not dull, however, falls away a little on the finish.
