Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. The nose is restrained, minimally reminiscent of butter pastries and sea salt. The palate has a dense core and rich texture, the mousse is in the background, then a bit washed out on the finish.
