The red wine Vigneti di Osan Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Corteforte has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright ruby with a broad garnet rim. Very intense and inviting nose, full of ripe, dark cherries, in the background cinnamon and some leather. On first approach well ripened fruit, grippy tannin, but becomes a bit loosely knit in the back, on the finish emphatically alcoholic, dries up.
