Tasting from 23.05.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright pale pink colour, shiny. Very inviting on the nose, slightly buttery and creamy notes, white roses, cold smoke. On the palate, with slightly noticeable tannins, good drive and a delicately bitter undertone, but with good freshness, finishes on creamy notes.
