Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Bright golden yellow with delicate orange reflections. Herbal-spicy-bread nuances of ripe quince, some mango and blossom honey, dark minerality, alternating between brioche and slate savouriness. Ripe fruit nuances, fine, lively acidity structure, delicately tart grapefruit and salty notes. The wine has very good length, with acacia honey on the finish.
