The orange wine Cramele Recas Ōrange Natural Wine, vintage 2020 from the winery Cramele Recas has been rated in 2021 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Muscat Ottonel weiß, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris
A very aromatic, fresh nose opens with the scent of rose petal, Muscat grapes, honeysuckle and lemon. The palate is exquisitely light, slightly pithily textured and justa s aromatic as the nose promises. There is only the very slightest hint of sweetness on the still dry finish, which gives an extra boost to the lovely floral notes.
