Tasting from 19.02.2015: Martin Kilchmann

Pale yellow. Initially somewhat blocked on the nose, blossoms with air, floral notes, roses, but also almond blossom and blossom honey. Full attack on the palate, good structure, full-bodied, melting, subtle acidity. Slightly bitter note on the long finish. Lush, powerful wine.
