Tasting from 11.11.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Notes of confit yellow stone fruit, citrus and stewed apple on the nose. Also savoury hints. Delicate on the palate, with a pleasant interplay between sweetness and acidity. Aroma of dried stone fruit and grapefruit. Long finish.
