Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2025: Peter Moser

Dark garnet, ochre reflections, subtle watery rim. Delicate aromas of strawberry confit, cherry compote, orange zest, a subtle woody savouriness and a hint of herbs. Medium-bodied and elegant, with a subtle sweetness, integrated tannins, hints of nougat and mineral notes on the persistent finish. A well developed, versatile style with further ageing potential.
