Tasting from 07.09.2017: Ulrich Sautter

Cherry stone, latwerge, ethereal herbs, but also floral notes. Some leather and a little isolated wood. Silky tannins, mild acidity, full-bodied palate with a lot of melting and a wide-ranging body. Wide-meshed tannins with a crumbly grain. Accessible Valpolicella, best with pasta e fagioli or hearty stews.
