Tasting from 19.02.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Medium cherry red, DELICATE ochre reflections, watery rim. Reductive bouquet, red berry fruit, nose initially reminiscent of Georgian Kvevri wines, hints of figs, spices, floral hints, with air more Burgundian. Medium body, fine tannin, subtle fruit sweetness in the core, taut and endowed with length, fresh finish, very good food companion, seems almost a touch too young.
