Dark, bright ruby purple. Liquorice and ripe cassis on the nose, delicately fleshy, rich with nuances of truffle and cigar box. Hearty on the palate with clear fruit, opens up promptly, but also shows grueling wood tannin in the back and remains dry and earthy.
