Bright straw yellow with a green core and fine-grained bubbles. Somewhat restrained on the nose, with hints of pear, subtle waxiness and meadow flowers. Lively notion on the palate, initially with firm drive and crisp acidity, unfortunately loses some of its expression in the middle section and remains sweet and fruity.
