Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. Intense aromas of lychee, grapefruit, and gooseberry jam, with undertones of ripe yellow tropical fruit and subtle herbal notes. Juicy on the palate, with delicate peach fruit, a racy acidity, subtle nuances of lime and Cape gooseberries in the finish, a lemony aftertaste, and a mineral finish. Should be allowed to age in the bottle a little longer.
