Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky, vanilla wood nuances, pleasant hint of orange blossom, hints of meadow herbs, candied orange zest. Textured, tightly woven, fine white fruit, mineral core, taut acidity, salty and persistent, has certain ageing potential.
