Liquorice, aniseed, nuanced and spicy, changing with air: beet, cherry juice, Ricola herbal sugar. The aroma raised greater expectations of extract richness than the palate delivers: a hint of sweetness, nervous counterbalance, lots of juiciness with rather subtle tannins, the slight sweetness has a saturating effect.
