Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant dark ruby red. A spicy nose of cranberries and cherries, with some elegant resinous nuances and a finish of pepper, honey and some sealing wax. Fresh and juicy with tight tannins on the palate. leading to a powerful finish marked by beautiful savouriness. Still needs to find its feet.
