Medium greenish yellow colour, silver reflections. A hint of candied citrus zest, peach and flint, subtle background with a yeasty-biscuit note, smoky-reductive minerality. Elegant, full-bodied texture, pleasant extracted sweetness, barely perceptible wood flavours, lively acid structure, already easy to drink.
