Light, slightly dull yellow-green with silver reflections. Aromas of fresh tangerine zest and fine yellow tropical fruit on the nose, alongside a delicate smokiness, a deep minerality and some mint and passion fruit in the background. Taut and substantial on the palate, with juicy pineapple fruit, fine acidity and a mineral finish. Long lasting and with good ageing potential.
