Bright fruit underpinned with white peach and clear apple. Delicate, airy herbal notes with fresh sponge cake dough. A bold attack, showing its pedigree, with a fine, lively mousse with mineral-creamy richness. Wonderful length with delicious white nougat on the finish. Eccentric, versatile.
