Fresh bouquet with a slightly greenish touch. Notes of cassis leaves, wild grape and grapefruit. Also hints of lime and ripe apricot. Light on the palate, some biscuit, citrus notes and ripe apple. Soft acidity and slightly noticeable carbon dioxide, medium length.
