Tasting from 19.07.2018: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

A ripe, vivid bouquet with lots of linden blossom honey, candied citrus, caramel and beeswax notes. Soft, with a mineral-driven structure on the palate. Possesses the typical elegant saltiness of a great Chasselas, with lots of honey aromas and a long finish.
