Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate nuances of orange blossom, zest, a fine balsamic touch, a hint of botrytis savouriness. Medium body, white fruit, lively acid structure, salty, finely fruity on the finish, lemony nuances in the aftertaste, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
