The white wine Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine AOC Orthogneiss, vintage 2016 from the winery Domaine de l'Ecu has been rated in 2019 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Melon de Bourgogne from the region Loire Valley in France.
Pale green yellow, silver reflections. Fine nuances of ripe tropical fruit, a hint of caramel, candied orange, delicate hints of nougat, inviting bouquet. Juicy, fine notes of pineapple, subtle fruit sweetness, integrated acidity structure, lemon touch, salty nuances on the finish, good length, already well developed.
