Brilliant cherry red. Open, fruity bouquet characterised by fresh sour cherry and ripe plum. This is accompanied by floral notes and a fine herbal spiciness. Shows plenty of grip and fresh acidity on the palate. Finishes on a slightly chalky mineral note.
