Brilliant salmon pink. Clear, fresh bouquet, wild berry confit, raspberry, sweet cherry with hints of aniseed. Restrained mousse, pleasant acidity with a tart note of grapefruit in the aftertaste. Uncomplicated drinking pleasure.
