Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.03.2015

Extremely dark color, almost black. Toasty, tarry nose with hints of dried plum and elderberry pulp, on the palate aiming for softness, yet a dry (defensive) tannin core, deep acidity, oily, dense, very mild, original style, yet with minerality on the inside. Spicy notes on the finish.
