Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong ruby, discreet purple reflections, discreet brightening on the rim. Nutty underlying herbal seasoning, dark minerality, black forest berries, a hint of blackberries. Fine fruit expression on the palate, ripe cherries, integrated yet somewhat demanding tannins, lively acidity, salty touch on the finish, long on the palate, seems overall still somewhat youthful.
