Tasting Notes
Very fragrant, yet at the same time quite pure and precise. On the nose, mint, red apple, tangerine, blood orange, guava and a touch of caraway. It is juicy and straightforward in the mouth, with elegant acidity, good density and salty notes on the mid-palate. A refined wine, which is slender, elegant and unobtrusive, despite the typical volume of the variety, with a very pithy and mineral finish.
