Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light golden yellow, lively mousse. Delicately smoky and yeasty yellow fruit nuances, hints of mango, gooseberry and apple. Juicy, fine herbal savouriness, ripe yellow pear fruit, freshly structured, a stimulating style with a clean mineral finish and salty aftertaste. It is a great aperitif.
