Medium ruby garnet, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Intense, smoky herbal spice, fresh plums, touch of sour cherry fruit, somewhat reductive bouquet. Distinct roasted notes, underlaid with fine red fruit, fresh structure, still restrained, should be allowed to mature in the bottle for a few more years.
