Tasting from 24.03.2023: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

A natural expression of Altesse. On the nose, notes of apricot, bitter orange, rhubarb, herbal nuances and subtle hints of pear. Pleasantly soft on the palate with somewhat restrained, but ripe acidity. Nice intensity and a long finish with peppery notes.
