Fresh yellow with green reflections. Initially smoky-tobacco on the nose, fine scorched notes, meadow herbs, lemony-fresh apple fruit. Complex on the palate, with an almost austere texture, hints of flint, delicately structured, dancing on the tongue. Fine caramel notes follow, already perfectly drinkable now, very good ageing potential.
