Spicy and fruity on the nose with notes of apple, peach and citrus fruit. Also hints of chamomile and lime blossom. Complex. Full-bodied on the palate with ripe acidity. Aromas of citrus fruit, green apple, redcurrant, dried apricot and some caramel. The wine is mineral, with a long finish.
