Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Very ripe blackcurrant, black cherry, blueberry compote, tar and herbs, menthol. Dense in the mouth, full-bodied, fine-grained tannins with homogeneous drive, lively acidity, strong but effortlessly integrated alcohol, everything about this wine seems grown-up, good length.
