The yield of this parcel is rarely pressed separately - so in 2017, "because the amount just fit into a fermentation vat". Spicy, truffle-like on the nose, taut on the palate, quiet berry fruit, firm acidity, juiciness and substance in close connection, chalky-mineralic.
