Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Ethereally scented showing mint, sweet cherry, discreet oakiness and a touch of milk chocolate. Very juicy with very fine tannin, a clearly mineral edge emphasising the elegance, the acidity carries through to a fine, supple but at the same time also very rich finish.
