Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate bouquet with hints of yellow apple and nuances of meadow herbs. A subtle mineral underlay. On the palate taut, elegant, fine nuances of white pit fruit. A fine acid structure, salty touch on the finish. Still shy overall, will benefit from some bottle ageing
