Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A concentrated aroma of pepper and Maraschino cherry on the nose. In the mouth, there's sweet fruit, lots of juiciness, medium fine-grained tannin, enigmatic, long-lasting acidity, firm vivid and tactile minerality that increases over the course of the palate. Not a blockbuster Corton rather the finish is hauntingly mineral.
