Tasting from 13.07.2017

On the nose a mineral aroma, white peach, and flint. Complex layers on the palate, a touch of creaminess, a touch of phenol, discreet yet supportive acidity, supple yet structured. An almost Burgundian style, subtle and mineral, but also with great firmness and substance. With balsamic savouriness on the finish this is a true terroir wine from the slate slopes.
