Tasting from 16.03.2018: Peter Moser

This has a dark ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There is a delicately leafy aroma, with dark berry fruit, underlaid with candied orange zest. It has a medium complexity, some nougat, a hint of ripe plum, a spicy texture, some minerality on the finish, and a chocolaty aftertaste. It is somewhat rustic, and still needs time.
