Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 10.10.2014

Delicate, very pure and barely woody aroma: sour cherry and yellow rose. Juicy and delicate on the attack, then with a lively, still very firmly closed structure: powerful nerve and firm (but not green) tannins in medium-high density, vinified for elegance without concealing the sinewiness typical of the vintage. Should develop subtly and minerally.
