Intense garnet, purple reflections, a broad ochre lightening on the rim. Ripe red wild berries, some figs, candied orange zest, a hint of nougat. Medium complexity, sweet texture, round tannins, a touch of chocolate on the finish, approachable, uncomplicated and pleasurable.
