Bright, light copper red. Fine berryish pulp, preserved cherries and a hint of orange zest in the delicate bouquet. Straightforward, fruity palate, some strawberry confit with a pleasant acidity, delicate mousse. Lively, refreshing finish. Great summer aperitif!
