Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.05.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Good use of wood, and a traditional Pinot Noir aroma with almond notes, herbal savouriness and a little international fruit as an addition: Amarena cherry. In the mouth with fine-grained to mealy tannins, good volume, medium-high extract filling, the powerful alcohol (15%) is well integrated, the mild acidity nevertheless supports, the wine finishes dry.
