Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate white nougat, white stone fruit, a hint of candied mandarin zest, mineral touch. Complex, white fruit, taut, fresh acidity, mineral and salty, very good length. Still incredibly youthful, lime in the aftertaste, subtle with secondary wood aromas in the echo, a delicate food wine, great ageing potential for many years, (from autumn '25).
