Tasting from 27.08.2021: Dominik Vombach

Comes from the easternmost parcel of the vineyard, which is characterised by limestone. Concentrated, precise fruit aromas with dark forest berries on the nose. Herbaceous and savoury notes with hints of rosemary and chamomile as well as mocha and Christmas spices. Juicy acidity on the palate. Dark forest berries and spicy notes. Fine-grained tannins and a long finish. Good balance.
