Bright straw yellow, with a delicate green tinge. Pleasantly fragrant on the nose, with notes of white blossom, crisp apple, subtle hints of candied lemon pieces and a delicate touch of ginger. Round and clear on the palate, with beautiful, fine drive, expressive, multi-layered and great salinity.
